MANAGING DIRECTOR

In October 2025, Nikolaj Toft was promoted to Managing Director of LM Wind Power.

Nikolaj’s strong technical acumen, coupled with more than 20 years of experience in product execution leadership and the ability to ignite team excellence will help drive a lean and best-in-class standard with focus on delivering simple high-quality competitive products at profitability, with a customer-centric approach.

In 2007, Nikolaj Toft joined LM Wind Power and has 17 years of experience within LM Wind Power from technology, component and product development to product launches and field execution within the onshore and offshore sectors.

He has a Master of Science in Business Technology from Aalborg University, Denmark and completed several Business Administration courses from VIA University, Denmark.
