
LM Wind Power to be sold to GE
A new chapter in the history of LM Wind Power begins today.
After 15 years of ownership by Doughty Hanson, we announced today that LM Wind Power will be acquired by GE for an enterprise value of EUR 1.5 billion. The agreement is subject to regulatory approvals but is expected to be closed during the first half of 2017.
