Just minutes after the announcement, colleagues in Denmark received an invitation to join the first management Town Hall in Lunderskov.
Standing next to our heritage timeline, CEO Marc de Jong opened the Town Hall by referencing where it all began – in 1940 when Lunderskov Møbelfabrik was established as a wooden furniture company in Denmark.
Alongside Duncan Berry, GE Integration Leader, Marc told the story of our company’s achievements and expansion worldwide up to the present day. Together, Duncan and Marc revealed the latest addition to the timeline, featuring our new logo: LM Wind Power, a GE Renewable Energy business.
Below, enjoy a few photos from the unveiling of this new chapter, in Lunderskov.
Lunderskov Møbelfabrik, or in English Lunderskov Furniture Company, is where it all started — a long way from the massive composite structures LM Wind Power produces today.
