Sales and Operation Planning Transport Frames Lead

    The overall role of the S&OP Transport Frames Lead is to facilitate the Transport Frames Sales and Operation Process. In the process you understand the demand for frames given the blade S&OP supply plan, you are collaborating with a broad number of stakeholders to end up with a balanced plan for frames, a transfer plan and a Capex plan. 

    Essential Responsibilities:

    Your main responsibility will be to set up global guidelines for transport frames planning, create transparency to these guidelines to relevant stakeholders at plants and global level and working with the plant/global stakeholders to ensure understanding and commitment.In addition, you will drive Sales & Operation analysis to support better decision material.

    Your tasks:

    - Facilitate Transport Frames meeting (eg PMR meeting of new frames, plant planning calls and consolidation calls)
    - Balance demand and supply on transport frames on plant level (inventory, transfers, repairs, returns)
    - Create planned TF capex to compare budget against latest planned
    - Bring decision material into capex board meetings
    - Develop S&OP tool for transport frames
    - Ad-hoc S&OP analysis
    - Manage Business Management System (BMS) for TF-S&OP

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    - MSc in supply chain or in logistics, cand. Merc supply chain or similar competences achieved through experience
    - Key is a solid solid supply chain understanding
    - Significant experience in operation production planning systems, preferably from an international company with operations globally
    - Good communication skills
    - Very good IT skills in excel and the ability to learn new platforms
    - English at a high level, both written and spoken
    - Knowledge of MRP and Bi systems
    - Experience in planning tools
