We need an experienced and proactive Project Manager to execute our exiting and ambitious strategy here. This person might be you.
You will lead highly skilled teams covering our global footprint, creating the ownership of stakeholders across the full business; including both our up and down stream customers.
Having a strong technical interest and hands on approach, you provide technical leadership:
Actively participating in design and practical work with our engineers, technicians and manufacturing specialists in the test labs, prototyping facilities and factories
Driving fast design iterations and use innovative risk reduction methods that feed our FMEA driven designs to ensure we continuously lower the cost of energy.
- You have an engineering degree – as a minimum at Bachelors level
- You have solid experience within integration of applied technologies into complex wind blades
- You have extensive experience with DFMEA. PFMEA, QPAP-Wind,
- Preferably, you are a Certified PRINCE2 Project Manager, Foundation and Practitioner
- You have significant experience in managing complex, cross functional development projects
You have strong people, networking and negotiation skills and you are able to work in a high pace and at times hectic environment. You are able a team player, who is also able to drive things independently. You have strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
