Engineer, Process Equipment

    As engineer process equipment your job is to conceptualize design and delivery of solutions for the manufacturing of composite blades with focus on process and structures.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    - Think ahead to create solutions having the end user in mind and future trends by understanding roadmaps and participate in the creation of them
    - Carry calculations for equipment design, strength, tolerance chains, critical to quality, statistical analysis and other relevant calculations
    - Design and application of process solutions in trail, pilot and factory environment with focus on quality and automation
    - Participate in design reviews, dfmea and pfmea or other relevant
    - Draw, design and document in 3D environment including CE marking, risk evaluations and service/operation manuals
    - Carry design for six sigma or lean calculations or methods
    - Work with suppliers of equipment for successfully delivery
    - Plan work and deliveries to meet time, cost and specification on time
    - Work with data and process control for equipment designintegrate new technology in the field, understand industry 4.0
    - Communicate with factories across cultures and train operators
    - Participate in FAT and SAT tests of equipment across the globe

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    We expect that you have a background as engineer with a proven experience
    - You have experience in practical and field applications or relevant education
    - You have a degree in chemical engineering/process engineering/mechanical or similar
    - Ideally, you are a chemical engineer with experience in design and application of process solutions
    - Focus on process equipment
    - You have participated in systems design for process delivery
    - You are knowledgeable within six sigma, lean or other practical experience
    - You have potentially worked with some suppliers of equipment for similar kind of equipment (practice or relevant experience)
    - You understand the importance of data and process control
    - You have in depth knowledge on process equipment and their function towards quality and process specifications compliance
    - You know how to integrate new technology in the field, understand industry 4.0
    - EU Work Permit

    - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    - Ability to work independently
    - Strong problem solving skills
