We have over the years proved to be an ideal place to learn for students and young graduates. LM Wind Power fully encourages students and young graduates to intern and pursue their projects within our walls and take their first steps into the world of professionals.
We offer internships across our organization to work with functions ranging from finance to communications. LM Wind Power also works with universities on both a formal and informal basis to provide their students with opportunities to pursue research projects. The research projects often entail elaborate engineering specific projects with our technology teams.
Direct Recruitment
We have also from time to time recruited graduates directly from universities and institutions all over the world through structured partnerships. We have both formal and informal partnerships across the globe with a host of respected and reputed institutions to do direct recruitment for graduates.
PhD Collaboration
LM Wind Power has in the past worked with PhD students in connection with their thesis. Students have worked with our engineers at oura premises and used our test laboratories in Denmark to work on their thesis. We intend to encourage more such PhD students involved in wind energy research by giving them the opportunity to work with us, use our facilities, and also collaborate with our professionals during research.
