Just 80 kilometers outside the Chinese capital, Beijing, 33 LM Wind Power 37.2 P blades have helped generate more than 100 million kWh of electricity a year.

During the 2008 Olympic Games in China, the wind farm covered 5% of the electricity needed at the Olympic stadiums and thus added to the overall target of greener and more environmentally friendly Olympics.

The current installation in Guanting is the first phase of the wind farm, which, once completed in 2010, will double its current capacity to 100 MW.
